The custom home just south of Gilbert, Arizona, is one of the most detailed projects we have had the opportunity to help design. Working alongside AFT Construction and Studio McGee, we developed a timeless home tailored to this family’s needs, lifestyle, and design vision.

The Introduction
This family had already been moving through plans for a home on a different lot when their vision changed. After falling in love with one of our similar designs, they decided to start fresh on a new parcel, and we worked closely with them to develop the custom home they had been envisioning.

The Team
This project brought together an exceptional team. Studio McGee served as the interior designer, AFT Construction was the builder, and planned RITE provided the architectural design and construction documents. The collaboration and attention to detail made this a truly special home.

The Difference
Some builders prefer a looser set of plans that leaves room for decisions during construction. AFT Construction takes a different approach, working to resolve details early so costly changes are minimized later. That philosophy aligns closely with how we work at plannedRITE.

The level of detail required for this project meant extensive coordination, many late nights, and a longer planning timeline. It was demanding work, but that attention to detail helped create a home that truly stands out.
