The Introduction
The client came to plannedRITE looking for a custom house plan that could support both family living and future development plans for the property. The goal was to create a design that felt personal, functional, and marketable.

The Process
This design was developed around the needs of a young family with room to grow. During the design process, the home was refined to reduce construction cost while preserving the open spaces and entertaining areas that remained central to the plan.

The Materials
A mix of black and white brick, board and batten, lap siding, stucco, varied trim, and warm wood tones gives the exterior depth and contrast. These materials work together to create a modern farmhouse look with strong visual interest.

The Floor Plan
The final floor plan was adjusted during design to better fit the project budget while maintaining a comfortable layout for family life and entertaining. The rear patio includes a BBQ area and connects directly to the outdoor living space, making the home well suited for year-round use in Arizona.
