The Introduction
This project was developed in close coordination with TILS Construction to create a home that balanced style, function, and buildability. The goal was to design a timeless modern farmhouse with a two-car garage, attached RV garage, and a layout that works well for a growing family.

The Process
This was an earlier planned RITE project, and it shows how closely our 3D renderings can align with the finished home. Working with Marc and his team, we developed a timeless design with strong functionality, including a separate attached RV garage that adds flexibility and storage.

The Location
Located just south of Queen Creek in San Tan Valley, this home sits in a quiet residential area with open views and easy access to nearby amenities. The setting made it a strong fit for a design that emphasizes comfortable living, garage space, and a relaxed Arizona lifestyle.

The Floor Plan
The floor plan was designed around a practical sweet spot for many Arizona families: approximately 2,500 square feet, three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open layout, a large laundry room, and a dedicated office. This size and arrangement create a home that feels spacious without wasting square footage.
