The Introduction
The true testament to the work and trust of a company is when there are repeat clients. This is the third home that we designed for this family and this one took what we learned from prior builds and elevated them to the next level.

The Design
This client loved their past floor plan and we kept most of that original design intact. However, they wanted to move to a much more modern exterior with taller roofs, more natural lighting, and simple yet beautiful materials.

The Interior Details
Though we are not interior designers, the architectural design of the interior of a home greatly influences the final design of the interior. We blended wall thickness variations, archways, and other openings to make the home feel finished before they had even moved in.

The Efficiency & Interior
These clients loved their last floor plan so much that all we had to do create an evolution of it. Suites for each bedroom, his/her closets, and creative loft design all came together here. Additionally, high efficiency closed cell spray foam insulation and multiple mini split HVAC units were used to keep the home comfortable and low maintenance year round.
